Pack Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer labels and security tags are intact to qualify for a full refund.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed by our warehouse team.
